The singer-songwriter explores the mysticism of religious poetry in a concert with his wife, Nance Pettit, focusing on "music created from modern translations of ancient... poems drawn from many faiths - all speaking of the shared experience of the sacred."
The following evening, David performs songs from his latest secular release, Open Hand, at Bryn Athyn's Mitchell Performing Arts Center (www.mitchellcenter.info).
