Violin virtuoso Elizabeth Pitcairn, with Randy Gardner (Horn, Philadelphia Orchestra), Marc Antonio Barone (Piano), Hannah Jin Cole (Violin), Jungeun Kim (Piano) and Curtis Institute Alumni will raise funds for a Bryn Athyn College music program while paying tribute to Lachlan Pitcairn, one of the Philadelphia classical music scene’s most beloved patrons.
For an extra fee the audience is invited to meet and greet the performers at a pre-concert reception where wine and catered hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Ticket sales will benefit music programs at Bryn Athyn College. The audience is also invited to purchase tickets for a pre-concert reception, which will include a meet and greet with performers, wine, and catered hors d'oeuvres.
In hopes of providing students with further opportunities to study classical music, Bryn Athyn College has established the Lachlan Pitcairn Music Fund to generate sustaining income and support for the new Bryn Athyn College Instrumental Ensemble. This fund will allow the College to provide scholarship and music education to its students for years to come.
