Within the medieval cathedral, the sacred space was transformed by shafts of colored light passing through stained glass windows. For hundreds of years this art form was available only to the church and the royals of the land. Using techniques which date from the Gothic period, students in this introductory class will learn to cut glass and assemble a small panel with lead came. No experience is necessary.
