Meditation Workshop | Ancient Meditation Technique for A Healthy Mind and Body

In these modern times, with constant changes in technologies, living with stress, and aging, it is important and crucial to have mental peacefulness. One way to gain mental peace is through incorporating the ancient Buddhist teachings, the Nine Stages of Mind Training, into our daily lives. Many Buddhists and non-Buddhists have used this technique to overcome stress and suffering.

In this workshop, including a presentation and guided meditation, Losang Samten will share meditation techniques he learned from His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The Nine Stages of Mind Training Meditation will be of benefit for those seeking meditation for mental peacefulness.
